Making a difference
At BW, we are always looking for graduates who are eager to join a firm where they can make a difference.
If you are an ambitious individual who would relish the chance to share your skills and work in the actuarial, investment or insurance consulting professions, we would love for you to join our award-winning organisation and become part of our talented, friendly team.
As a professional services consultancy, our teams use cutting-edge techniques and shared best practice to advise a range of stakeholders, helping them find tailored solutions to their challenges.
Seeking the best talent
To support our continued growth as an independent, resilient and evergreen business, we need talented, motivated and enthusiastic people to join our graduate programme.
Our graduates get early opportunities to work directly with clients and plenty of training to develop their technical and communication skills. At BW, you will thrive in a business which believes strongly in being supportive, developing its people and offering a good work/life balance.
We will also continue to support your progression in the longer term, as you establish a network of contacts across the business and develop your knowledge of our different consultancy businesses.
Qualifications
Across all of our consulting graduate programmes, we would support you to work towards the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries’ (IFoA) fellowship qualification – the highest level of qualification attainable within IFoA.
If you join our Investment Consulting team, we also offer the opportunity to work towards the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification. The graduates within the Investment Consulting team are free to choose the qualification (IFoA or CFA) that best aligns with their individual goals.
Our study support includes study days, financial support and an assigned study mentor. While the exams are challenging, our students have a better-than-average record of exam success.
