Our suite of online tools, specifically developed for the LGPS, helps administering authorities manage funds’ pension liabilities more effectively. Our online data checker allows fast and efficient data transfer, validation and reporting and our online funding tracker allows funds to monitor funding positions at whole fund level and for individual employers. You will also have access to our innovative and unique task management system, which provides better communication channels and secure data transfer, as well as providing a clear audit trail.

We are happy to undertake asset and liability studies, cashflow modelling and support unitisation to support employer-specific funding and investment strategies.

We produce thousands of accounting reports each year for LGPS employers. This is supported by briefing notes indicating the likely outcome based on the latest assumptions and includes treatment of any changes in regulations. We record a free webinar for employers at each major exercise as well as glossary and FAQ documents that can be issued to all employers to help their understanding of their report.

We provide tailored IT solutions to our LGPS funds. We continually review our systems and processes to ensure that they are fit for purpose and reflect the changing regulatory environment. We have a specialist LGPS team developing software and online solutions for LGPS funds. This is complemented by Bwebstream, a secure data exchange and communications portal.

In addition to our LGPS Funds we also provide services to Police Authorities, Fire and Rescue Services, NHS Trust Funds and various employers who participate in public sector schemes, such as the Principal Civil Service Scheme.
