Tom's main expertise revolves around pension administration, new scheme implementations and client management. His experience and proactive approach provides our clients with a high quality and reliable administration service.
Tom joined our PPF Administration team in 2011 and moved across to lead one of the ongoing administration teams in 2014. He is now responsible for the five ongoing administration teams who administer a varied portfolio of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes.
Tom has developed particular expertise in client management and data/benefit audits.
His extensive experience and proactive approach have helped him to become a trusted Client Account Manager to a number of important clients.
Significant experience:
- member of the firm’s Pension Administration Planning Group, which is responsible for planning and developing strategy within the pension administration business
- involved with the administration of occupational pension schemes for ten years
- experience with PPF administration in the assessment period, data/benefit audits and people management
