She works on a variety of pension schemes including contracted-out final salary pension schemes, hybrid schemes, CARE schemes and has previously worked on defined contributions schemes.
Sharon has previously been involved with the pensions administration technical committee which reviews Barnett Waddingham pension administration procedures and implementing changing legislation within these procedures.
Sharon graduated from Middlesex University in 1996 with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics for Business. She joined Barnett Waddingham in 1999 starting in the Leeds administration team. Sharon moved to Barnett Waddingham’s London office in 1999 and returned to our Leeds office in 2004, becoming an associate of the firm in 2013. She became a partner in 2022.
