Scott’s primary role is to manage the relationship with our benefits consultancy clients.
Scott helps clients build benefit strategies, ensuring they are appropriate, at the best cost possible and — very importantly — being engaged with by employees. Scott also supports clients implementing their benefits on our award winning 4me flexible benefits platform. Once implemented, Scott offers support on an ongoing basis, making sure benefit offerings continue to meet requirements.
What does Scott enjoy most about his role? It’s in seeing the value generated for clients by an innovative, well thought through employee benefits strategy, that really meets the specific needs of an employer, as well as the people who work there.
Scott has almost 30 years industry experience which includes DC pensions, Group Risk and, for the last 14 years, Benefits Consulting.
