Sam Waters ProfPMI PRINCE2

Sam's role forms part of the Projects and Analysis Team (PAST) senior group.

She focuses on delivering key client projects and programmes such as new client implementations, GMP, data cleanse, buy in and buy out and internal development & growth projects and programmes to BW's Pension Administration Team.

Sam provide project and programme management training and support for Pension Administration and other business areas as required.

Among her recent scheievements, she has designed and implemented DC pensions governance frameworks, and worked on DB scheme closure, wind-up, acquisitions and mergers, redundancy and TUPE projects. She has also been a key resource for pitch/tender presentations for several high profile clients.

Significant experience:

• Over 17 years’ experience in pensions.
• Over 26 years’ experience in events and project management.
• Working on DB, DC, CARE, LGPS and GAD pensions schemes. Working on all types of pension projects e.g. pension scheme implementations, member options exercises, buy-in, buyout, GMP and data cleanse.
• Designing, implementing and using project governance structures and documentation.
