As the Head of Talent Acquisition and People & Culture Operations at BW, Reeganne leads our recruitment and HR operations with a strategic focus on operational effectiveness.

Her primary goal is to source, attract, and onboard top industry talent through multiple channels and provide comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle. This ensures that BW is well-positioned to achieve its business objectives and maintain a thriving, dynamic workforce

Reeganne's main areas of expertise include talent acquisition, executive search, employer branding, process optimisation and effectiveness, and coaching.


Significant experience:

  • Led and sponsored a cross-team initiative to completely redesign the onboarding and new hire engagement process from the point of offer acceptance through to the first 30 days in role, with great success. This reduced non-starters by 60% and improved new hire satisfaction scores by 30% to an average score of 85%.
  • Lead Employer Value Proposition initiatives from concept to organisation-wide launch.
  • Creating and leading Women in Tech and Early Identification / New Grad rotational programs.
  • Innovation and Cost Savings - Launching in Canada the first ever internal sourcing capability and effectively reducing agency spend below Partner level to zero (from over $1 million) and only incrementally increasing OPEX after 2 years.
  • Innovation and DEI - Led the Diversity Committee and acted as liaison between Employee Resource Groups and Human Resources.
  • Created a Women in Tech program for a tech-first Berlin based startup.
