Paula Hendry Cert PFS FPMI

Paula has significant experience in the administration and management of occupational pension schemes. Paula’s practical and efficient approach has helped her to become a trusted client manager, providing clients with a high quality and reliable administration service.

Paula joined Barnett Waddingham in 2002 as a recent graduate and has since developed wide experience in implementing and administering a range of schemes, both ongoing and in the PPF assessment period. She has particular experience in project management of implementations and data cleanse projects.

In addition to direct client responsibilities, Paula is the Pension Administration Manager for the Liverpool office, responsible for the ongoing administration teams in the office who administer a varied portfolio of pension schemes.

Significant experience:

• qualified at Practitioner level for PRINCE2
• full administration services for occupational schemes, including payroll, cash handling and accounts
• member of the firm's Pension Administration Board, which oversees the management and strategy for the firm’s pension administration business
