Career
Paul graduated from Manchester University with a degree in Physics and joined Rodney Barnett in 1986, the firm becoming Barnett Waddingham in 1989. Paul gained the Certificate in Actuarial Techniques from the Institute of Actuaries before switching to pension administration in 1993. He qualified as an Associate of the Pension Management Institute in 1997, becoming a Fellow in 2008. Paul was made a Partner at Barnett Waddingham in 2004 and became Head of Pension Administration in 2013.

Interests
Outside of the office Paul tries to stay fit playing 5-a-side football every Monday night. This helps him to keep up with his daughter at playtime.
