Natalie Greene FIA

Natalie is a qualified Actuary and Client Account Manager to several defined benefit (DB) pension schemes.

Her key clients cover small to medium-sized pension schemes ranging in value from £10 to £150m and she has extensive experience in providing advice to trustees and employers on a wide range of issues.

In particular, since joining Barnett Waddingham (BW), she has been heavily involved in helping trustees prepare for the buyout and wind-up of their schemes, including working on Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP) projects.

Natalie's recent achievements include helping to establish and build the Actuarial team in the Guildford office, including the training and recruitment of new team members.

Significant experience:

• Working closely with scheme actuaries on scheme funding valuations and negotiations with employers.
• Helping trustees through the buyout and winding-up process.
• Working on GMP equalisation and rectification projects for trustees.
• Preparing accounting disclosures for scheme sponsors, including advice on assumptions.
• Providing wider pensions consulting to trustees, including governance and secretarial support
