Mohamed advises on all aspects of SSAS to directors, senior executives and to owner managed businesses.

Mohamed provides consultancy and trusteeship advice in relation to the establishment and administration of both new and an existing portfolio of SSAS clients to ensure compliance with pensions legislation.

He has assisted his clients with a number of key projects in order for them to achieve their key business objectives including the transfer in of their previous pension arrangements, the subsequent acquisition of new premises for use by the business and the granting of a loan to the sponsoring employer to assist with further organic growth by the business.

Significant experience:

• advice to directors and owner managed businesses to establish a new SSAS in order to assist with their overall objectives and retirement planning
• provide ongoing consultancy and trusteeship services for the takeover and administration of existing SSAS
• providing consultancy only advice to clients where we do not act as the professional trustee or as the scheme administrator.
