Max develops creative strategies and provides simple, accessible copy across digital, hardcopy, web, social media and video to support Barnett Waddingham’s creative communications team, DrumRoll, in the delivery of communication and engagement consultancy.
Max has extensive experience in advanced copywriting and establishing brand and tone of voice for clients, which include pension scheme trustees and employers as well as supporting internal business areas such as pension administration, actuarial consulting and SIPP with all their ’people’ facing communications.
Aside to liaising with designers to develop creative thinking and ensure cohesion between content and visuals, she delivers the bigger picture while keeping her eye firmly on the detail so that all communications are of the highest quality, as standard. She heads up the copywriting team that’s part of the broader DrumRoll consultancy team.
Max is also an active member of BW's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion networks.
