Martin leads the development team responsible for delivering automation to administrative processes through BW’s pension administration software, Penstream.

Martin works alongside key stakeholders within Barnett Waddingham to determine Penstream's development requirements for large scale administration system changes.

Martin led the system development for GMP rectification, GMP equalisation, liability management projects and is a member of the pension administration banking governance team.

Significant experience

• Member of the firm’s pension administration planning group, which is responsible for planning and developing strategy within the pension administration business.
• GMP rectification, GMP equalisation, Lloyds 3, and liability management project system specialist.
• Supported the development of a new client service take-on process, ensuring its compatibility with PRINCE2 methodology; qualified at practitioner level for PRINCE2.
• Supports new scheme implementations of all sizes.

Other expertise

Martin led the system implementation of the pooled bank account service which was introduced in 2014 and continues to hold monies for many administration clients. Martin is a key member of various internal working parties.
