Career
Mark Da Silva graduated from Oxford University in 1985 with a first in mathematics and started pensions work in 1986 after completing a one year Diploma in Music & Jazz Studies at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama.
Mark joined Barnett Waddingham in 1990, qualifying as a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 1991 and became a partner in 1994.

Interests
Mark is a keen trombonist and played with the Mike Garrick Jazz Orchestra for many years and in the former West End Musical Five Guys Named Moe.
