Lisa is currently the Head of Software Engineering at BW, where she leads the development of internal products and integrations. Lisa has worked to improve BW's operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Lisa has worked in IT for nearly 30 years at all levels across a range of different business disciplines, both client and delivery side. She has worked in 11 countries in highly regulated industries, and is an expert in governance and security centred solution design. Lisa has worked on some of the most significant IT and tech projects in both the UK and abroad.

Lisa joined BW from a Hydrogen storage development Company called Corre Energy. Her title there was Head of InfoSec, but with a focus on security and strategic solutions to meet the high level of risk management required for that industry so that the company could raise capital against a backdrop of energy security.
