Leanne Carpenter FIA

Leanne Carpenter is a Qualified Actuary and Business Development Consultant. Leanne is responsible for business development across BW's northern offices, as well as working with Matt Flower on business development in other regions.

Leanne leads on our Independent Trustee (IT) referral proposition, including launching BW’s IT survey. She also helps maintain and develop BW's relationship with the introducer market, with a focus on ITs alongside working with corporate contacts and pension managers.

Significant experience:

• Qualified Actuary since January 2022
• Launched IT survey at BW
• Networking across the North and London to build a strong contact book
• Completed two scheme buy-ins with an insurance company in the last year 
• Completed and implemented four GMP equalisation projects in the last three years 
• Chair of the PLSA Manchester committee
• Member of the ACA Younger Members’ Group
