Lara’s role is very varied within the finance team, allowing her to get involved in all aspects of finance.

This includes: 

• Financial Planning, which ensures the business strategy is achieved, from the initial budget to reviewing actual spend incurred and building the monthly forecast 
• Analysis required by the business to provide deeper insight into different areas of income and costs incurred, to enable effective decision making  
• Creating charts, tables, and graphs to present management information in an effective format as well as the improvement of exiting reports  
• Process and efficiency improvements within finance
