As the Head of Marketing Campaigns at Barnett Waddingham, Karen works closely with the business to understand key objectives and plan marketing activity for the year ahead.
Karen blends commercial knowledge, business objectives, client and market insights, translating these into realistic marketing campaign plans for our business areas. She is responsible for planning, devising and overseeing implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to our varied audiences. Campaigns are designed to deliver against clear objectives, using a range of channels to reach and help our clients continue to deepen their knowledge.
Campaign measurement is used to support the continual process of marketing campaign planning and channel use. Karen specifically leads on the delivery of large thought leadership campaigns and events, as well as external sponsorship opportunities. She is particularly keen on working collaboratively and seeks to develop strong partnerships with internal teams, external agencies and media partners.
Karen manages the campaigns, marketing communications and events teams and works closely with all other marketing teams to ensure they receive articulate briefs and can deliver great marketing activity.
