Jon manages our SIPP products, ensuring the solutions we take to market are competitive, compelling and compliant.
Jon sits on our internal technical committee for self-invested pensions, as well as serving on the committee of the Association of Member-directed Pension Schemes (AMPS). He is also the go-to contact for complex queries from our co-branded and third-party administration SIPP business partners.
As well as managing our SIPP products, Jon works with our operations team on complex cases affecting members and advisers of our SIPP products.
He is the primary contact for technical and regulatory managers of our co-branded and third-party administration SIPP business partners.

Retail pensions, product development and proposition management, the significant volume of legislation and regulation that sits behind retail pensions.
Significant experience:
Product development: From the design and launch of new products, to the ongoing changes required to keep existing products compliant and competitive.
Proposition management: monitoring the performance of in-force products to ensure they perform in line with customer expectations.
Technical and regulatory expertise: developed through regulatory change projects (including A-Day and ‘pension freedom and choice’ changes) and leading on responses to regulatory and legislative consultations impacting the SIPP market.
