Jenny Gates

Jenny has over ten years experience in leading complex change for organisations.

She is recognised within Barnett Waddingham’s Employer Consulting (EC) team for her commercial mindset, talent for identifying opportunities and driving pragmatic, high-value solutions through effective coordination and communication with people at all levels.

Jenny is highly skilled at bringing people together and fostering a truly collaborative working environment. She is currently acting as Senior Project Manager across multiple projects, whilst managing dependencies across the EC change portfolio.

Jenny’s main areas of expertise include agile delivery leadership as well as portfolio, programme, change and full lifecycle project management.

Significant experience:

• Focusing on value outcomes, Jenny works with senior management to maintain an up-to-date vision and roadmap of our change projects.
• Driving planning, resourcing and dependency management to optimise the effectiveness of a full portfolio of work.
• Advocating continuous improvement and implementing best practices, including providing a forward view of resource requirements and delivery value.
• Continuously developing and embedding change management best practices through mentoring junior project managers
