Over the last few years, she has become involved in firmwide project work. She currently works full-time in a change management role, reviewing processes and efficiencies and helping to drive forward any improvements required to enable the services we offer to develop continually.
Jemma was shortlisted for 2018 ‘Stars of the Future’ and for the ‘2020 Investment Actuary of the Year’ hosted by the Actuarial Post. She was also nominated for a ‘2024 Women In Pensions’ award. These campaigns highlight rising talent in the actuarial and pensions industries, acknowledging those who strive to go above and beyond.
Jemma graduated from Heriott-Watt University with a First Class degree in Mathematics and joined Barnett Waddingham in 2008.
Outside of the office, Jemma enjoys spending time with her son and keeping fit with outdoor activities including walking her dog and running.
