Inderpreet leads our Governance and Secretariat team, providing consultancy and advisory services to corporates, funds, charities and legal entities.
Prior to joining BW, she managed Company Secretarial (Cosec) and Administrator services for multiple funds across jurisdictions of an International Asset Management group, and brings expertise in advisory, strategy and DEI to her role.
Significant experience:
- Successfully developed and managed a full-fledged listed team in a different jurisdiction while delivering best corporate governance solutions.
- Held the position of Group Company Secretary for the Indian JV of EDF and Total EREN.
- Worked for companies listed on the London Stock Exchange, National Stock Exchange of India and Bombay Stock Exchange.
- Client work with corporates, funds, charities and legal entities.

Inderpreet has hosted a series of podcasts driving the conversation on DEI in various fields. The podcast featured speakers from diverse platforms ranging from the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) and the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA). Inderpreet drove all aspects of production, including identifying and booking guests, and formulating engaging questions.
Inderpreet was also a speaker on a podcast series on the start-up ecosystem in the UK. She is a director of the non-profit organisation Punjabi Chamber of Commerce (PCC).
In 2024, she was a winner in the 'Future Leaders' category of the DMJ Governance Hot 100 in recognition of her outstanding role in supporting innovative governance frameworks and solutions.
