As a Client Manager, Graeme manages the relationship our clients and advisers have with us, ensuring the relationships are maintained and do not deteriorate. Where issues to arise, he uses his experience to ensure the relationship is restored.
Clients and advisers entrust us to be able to assist them with their enquiries and requests, which can be absolutely anything ranging from taking tax free cash, to a simple address update. Graeme provides our clients and advisers with timely, concise information to make informed decisions and further support where required via our consultancy.
On a daily basis, Graeme assists our bespoke and flexible clients, particularly those clients with the more ‘non-vanilla’ SIPPs where complex assets / investments are held. Identifying problems, suggesting solutions and seeing them through to fruition is something he’s particularly good at.
Significant experience:
- Integral part of the Key Accounts Team during the set up and integration phase.
- Experience of dealing with multi-property complex bespoke SIPPs (in some cases approaching 20 properties) ensuring rent splits and property management matters are reconciled accurately.
- Providing complex consultancy responses on a diverse array of client and adviser enquiries where and when required.
- In-Depth experience of Expression of Wishes and Death matters, especially where property and other complex assets / investments are held.
- Tasked with contacting those clients with SIPPs of less than £50,000.00, to ascertain whether the SIPP product is the right pension for them.
