Daniel is a Senior Client Relationship Manager for a selection of administration only clients each with between 1,000 and 5,000 members.

This involves working with the day-to-day administration teams for each client to ensure each set of members and trustees receive the service they expect, that their priorities are managed and their scheme goals are achieved.

He provides expertise and support to schemes across the business on topics such as completing complex data and benefit-based project work, specialising in the preparations required by schemes to enter into bulk annuity transactions. This work often includes GMP reconciliation, rectification, and equalisation exercise where Daniel provides input as part of our network of GMP specialists.

Daniel supported the development and rollout of Insight, our online dashboard for Trustees of pension scheme analytics.


Significant experience:

  • Client relationship management of a mix of large DB, DC, CARE and hybrid schemes.
  • Managing project work including the closure to future accrual of pension schemes, the implementation of trustee appointed financial advisors and equalisation exercises.
  • Supporting teams and Trustee boards throughout their whole GMP projects and with how these often interact with a scheme’s other priorities and projects.
  • Providing administration consulta trustees and sponsoring employers considering undertaking bulk annuity transactions, including highlighting historic data issues, and assisting them in putting in place plans to resolve these.
