Catherine Pleass FIA

Catherine assists in providing advice to pension scheme trustees and sponsors on the funding and management of their pension schemes. She acts as an actuary support and primary contact on a number of clients.

She advises trustees on scheme funding and valuations. Her advice extends to employers on accounting disclosures and trustees on setting actuarial factors.

Catherine works with a range of clients, including both open and closed defined benefit schemes and both final salary and career average benefit structures. She has experience of dealing with a range of sponsoring employers, including not-for-profit organisations.
