Brian McGuire

Working with the Head of SIPP Operations and wider Sipp Operations Group, Brian manages the day-to-day Operational Change requirements of SIPP. Brian is responsible for managing and delivering key process and control changes for our co-branded and third-party relationships.

He also services the technical and operational demands of our key co-branded and third-party relationships.

Brian is qualified in Lean Continuous Improvement, becoming one of Barnett Waddingham’s first Lean Champions d holding a green belt equivalent. He uses these skills to undertake projects across all functions of the SIPP practice area and wider Barnett Waddingham business.
