A senior manager in financial services for over 15 years, Alison is responsible for the Operational Teams within the SIPP business area in BW's Glasgow and Cheltenham offices.
She oversees client administration, client managers, payroll and all our co-branded partners. She interacts daily with the key account stakeholders who support our new business streams. She also collaborates with the SSAS teams to ensure a smooth transition of any complex transfer cases.
Alison’s main area of expertise is being an exceptional people manager. She is a member of the SIPP operations group and acts as a representative on the continuous improvement forum within SIPP, helping drive positive change for this area of the business.
Alison spent over 30 years with Lloyds Banking Group, including time as a Senior Operations Manager, overseeing their wealth management and private bank office. She oversaw their back-office operation which was responsible for over 100 colleagues across ten national sites. She has also been a subject matter expert for a number of high-profile organisations. Alison was promoted to Associate in June 2024.
