Adrian Sevitz

As Head of Future Technology, Adrian leads Barnett Waddingham though technological transformation and change.

As the industry and market landscape evolves, technology and innovation will play a greater role in the delivery of financial services. Adrian’s role involves looking at how technology and product development helps us to create greater opportunities for our clients, through the products we bring to market or by enhancing the value of our team's work. 

By leading technological initiatives and with a future-gazing approach to tech, Adrian enables us to think differently, have a stronger focus on products and technology, and allows us to approach the market in innovative ways, enhancing our consultancy services to our clients.

In his previous role at Smart Pension, Adrian led the initiative to streamline new platform builds, alongside the development of a dynamic reporting and analytics engine, as well as integrating SaaS payroll into the retirement platform. During his time at vzaar, Adrian expanded internationally, establishing near-shore development in Poland, sales and support in the USA, and content delivery within China, allowing vzaar to compete more aggressively in its markets.

Significant experience

• With Accenture, Adrian built and delivered digital television capabilities for the three UK cable providers that later allowed them to merge into Virgin Media. 

• Delivered transformational change to the user experience at eBay UK. 

• Co-founded an online video platform, taking it from inception to acquisition.  

• In charge of Technology, Infrastructure and Data for Smart Pension, Adrian ran several transformational projects including migrating the cloud infrastructure, re-platforming the front end and introducing multi-language portals in the Middle East.
