Adam Burwell

Adam’s role includes bringing to market white label SIPP offerings, in conjunction with our corporate clients, in a structured and timely manner.

This involves ensuring all areas of BW impacted by the launch of the product are aware at an early stage and kept up to date throughout the project to ensure as smooth a launch as possible. Once launched, Adam maintains an ongoing relationship with the client.

"I strongly believe in building a good working relationship with clients in order to achieve the best outcome; I want my clients to feel part of the process and feel they have input as I believe this results in ‘buy in’ and this is what I strive to achieve."

Significant experience:

• Head of Change and Implementation – this previous role included bringing products to markets, relationship management, system testing, working with technical and compliance teams on regulatory change and impacts both internally and with corporate clients.
• Relationship management – acting as a first point of contact for corporate clients and financial advisers, keeping them abreast of any system enhancements and updates that would impact them.
• Issue resoluton – both internally and externally.
• Regression testing – for any new system release this is key to a smooth promotion from user acceptance testing to production.

Other expertise:

• Adam was the first pensions administrator to join his previous company, a role which grew and developed. The wide array of responsibilities ranged from claiming contribution tax relief through to issue resolution.
