• Scheme documentation - compliance vs best practice
• Pension legislation and DC requirements
• Horizon scanning – future innovation in DC pensions 
• The overarching aim of improving member outcomes
• A focus on technical elements, such as asset transitions 
• The impact of political/economic activity on DC pensions

Session Two (9.30am-12.30pm, Thursday 7 March): Delivering positive outcomes 

• At-retirement - flexibilities, usage, guidance/advice and future options; e.g. auto-annuitisation 
• Offering the right investment solutions
• Effective communication to drive engagement and education

Cost

The cost to attend this training is £175 per person or £150 if more than one person from the same organisation registers a place. Both amounts exclude VAT.
