The DNA Experience virtual conference, held during April and May 2021, aimed to provide thought-provoking insights to help organisations understand and leverage what makes them unique — their Employer DNA.

Dr. Robert Plomin, our Keynote Speaker, kicked off the conference by discussing the DNA revolution and how the power to read our DNA blueprint will transform science, society and the way we understand ourselves. 

We then focussed on the importance of looking at organisations through a scientific lens — to understand and unlock their DNA — enabling businesses to thrive during these challenging, fast changing times. 

Our panel of experts discussed some of the key trends and challenges that are facing businesses, including; organisational culture and Diveristy & Inclusion (DE&I), decision making in uncertainty and the future direction of business.
