Investment Conference 2017: make your move

Our ninth annual Investment Conference brought influential industry leaders together to debate, discuss, and share their views on the most pressing investment problems.

Our  keynote speaker, Alastair Campbell, joined us to discuss how the world of politics has affected our investment decisions. Drawing on his experience of ten years alongside Tony Blair, and his considerable understanding of the modern media, Alastair offered delegates an intriguing insight into building strategies, implementing change, and dealing with the media and crisis management - often at the same time.

Alongside our fascinating keynote speaker, we  were joined by Rupert Harrison, former chief of staff to George Osborne and now Chief Macro-Strategist at BlackRock who shared his economic outlook for 2017 and beyond. Delegates also had the opportunity to pose their burning questions to our investor panel, chaired by Barnett Waddingham’s economic expert, Matt Tickle.
