While we received overwhelmingly positive feedback on our service and communication, we also received helpful suggestions regarding our systems, and we’re actively working behind the scenes to address these.

How BW can support you in 2025
Our survey also asked about clients' key priorities for the coming year. The 2025 valuation, employer engagement, Good Governance, and investment strategy emerged as top focus areas.
Here’s how BW supports clients in these areas:
- Employer engagement: We offer training and webinars for employers, including at forums, and can arrange one-on-one sessions as needed.
- Good Governance: Our Benefits and Governance team supports Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) funds in aligning with the General Code and we are poised to support funds with the Good Governance requirements. We assist with policy development, governance reviews and training.
- Investment strategy: We provide actuarial support with cashflow modelling and can collaborate with clients' investment consultants as part of the 2025 valuation process. Our LGPS investment specialists are also available for tailored investment advice.
