In support of our continued growth, we have appointed five new partners as part of our 2024 promotions. These partners will play a vital role in leading BW's expansion across various key markets.
The promotions span a wide range of business areas, including risk, pensions, investment, insurance and employer benefit consulting, and coincide with a further twelve principal promotions and twenty six associate promotions.
These promotions reflect our unwavering dedication to nurturing and investing in our people, who have all contributed to our success over the past twelve months — a period that has seen our fastest growth in our 35-year history, with revenue climbing 20.7% to £146m last year. This new leadership, overseen by the four new managing partners who are responsible for spearheading our ambitious strategic plans, put us in good stead to hold our market leading position in the future.
