We've welcomed experienced risk and resilience professional, Nick Websdell, to help strengthen our risk and resilience offering. He will deliver real value for our clients by enhancing their risk management processes to leverage opportunities and become more resilient.
Nick brings with him vast expertise from a career spanning almost 25 years at the Co-operative Bank and Co-operative group.
During his time at the bank, Nick was a member of the crisis management team through a challenging period and played a leading role in delivering the successful risk transformation programme. Nick was latterly Head of Risk at the Co-operative Group, guiding the various group businesses to better understand their risks and implement robust risk management processes.
Nick founded Rhythm Management Solutions in 2020 and has worked with clients across a range of sectors, developing proportionate and pragmatic solutions and helping these businesses become safer and more resilient.
