Dean was previously Global Head of Risk and Advisory at VinciWorks, an international tech, education and consulting company. Over the past decade, Dean has worked closely with over 50 executive teams, risk management teams and Boards at organisations across the globe, designing and implementing ERM frameworks; risk governance and reporting structures, introducing software to digitise risk processes; drive data-driven decision-making and grow a risk aware culture through training and workshops.
