BWell wellbeing solution launch
Today we have launched BWell, our new wellbeing solution which identifies a company’s specific health risks and recommends appropriate strategies to help form an overall wellbeing plan.
BWell is a data analysis modelling tool, which projects future insurance premiums and analyses corporate demographics to determine the specific health risks of a company’s workforce. The tailored approach allows a company to develop a wellbeing strategy that is unique to its workforce and in particular to the health risks of its staff.
"More firms are beginning to understand that employee wellbeing can directly impact on their profits and overall success. "
Initial BWell analysis is offered for free to all of our current and prospective clients.
Using BWell can bring improved results for a company in four key areas:
- Increased productivity
- Decreased absence
- Stabilising of insurance premium costs
- Real attraction and retention of staff
Carl Chapman, Head of Wellbeing says: “Wellbeing has often been viewed as a fluffy concept, but this view is now changing. More and more firms are beginning to understand that employee wellbeing can directly impact on their profits and overall success. As a result, increasingly, employee wellbeing is finding itself climbing the ladder of importance on many HR professionals’ agendas, particularly now that auto-enrolment has passed for many larger corporates.
“The difficulty for many companies lies in knowing where to start with a wellbeing strategy; we have developed BWell to help our clients through the uncertainty. Using data analysis we can provide expert guidance on where solutions should be targeted, helping to build an effective wellbeing plan. We believe in wellbeing and the benefits of a tailored wellbeing strategy to the extent that we offer our initial BWell analysis for free to our clients and prospects”.
