Barnett Waddingham to appoint Andrew Vaughan as Senior Partner
Barnett Waddingham, a leading independent UK professional services consultancy at the forefront of risk, pensions, investment and insurance, has announced that Nick Salter will step down as the organisation’s Senior Partner, effective 1 June 2020.
Having co-founded the business in 1989, which now has an annual turnover of around £100 million, Salter will remain a Partner of the business and will still be a member of the firm’s Management Board.

Andrew Vaughan, who joined Barnett Waddingham in 2011, will become Senior Partner. Vaughan brings to the role extensive experience gained through a number of senior leadership roles both within the firm and through various industry bodies as well.
Vaughan’s commitment to Barnett Waddingham’s values are seen as fundamental to driving forward the firm’s ambitious plans for development as it builds on another year of significant growth.
