In a competitive market, Barnett Waddingham, the UK’s largest independent provider of actuarial, administration and consultancy services, welcomed 53 graduates and 15 apprentices to its early careers intake.
Since its inception, the graduate programme has been key in growing the business, with many staying and developing their career within BW.
This years’ intake of graduates have joined a range of business areas, including Actuarial Consulting, Employer Consulting, Insurance & Longevity, Investment Consulting, Public Sector Consulting, Pensions Executive and Management and Pension Administration across all our offices. 15 apprentices joined BW’s Pension Administration team, another entered the secretarial team.
Graduate schemes are extremely competitive and in order to support the next generation and attract a diverse calibre of talented candidates, BW invests significant resource in its training programmes. All joiners will be fully supported in their development and training with a mixture of virtual and in-person training.
