Barnett Waddingham invests in the future, promoting eight new partners to support client demand in 2021
We announce eight new partners among our 2021 promotions to support the continued growth in client demand and success at BW.
Alongside the new partners, there are also 17 principal and 25 associate promotions across a diverse range of business areas, advising trustees, employers, insurers and private clients. With the promotions taking effect on 1 June 2021, the total number of partners reaches 89.
The promotions demonstrate our investment in the future for the organisation with the brightest talent at the heart of its leadership. These eight new equity partners ensure our true independent ownership continues and our unique culture thrives so we can continue providing the personal, quality, tailored service our clients expect.
Andrew Vaughan, Senior Partner at Barnett Waddingham, said: "Against the backdrop of the pandemic, our focus has not changed and our fantastic people have enabled our organisation to continue delivering and developing new and innovative solutions to benefit all of our clients.
“The qualities that have made Barnett Waddingham one of the UK's leading independent professional services consultancies – "doing the right thing" with passion, determination and teamwork – are the same qualities that now position us well in the post-pandemic marketplace.
“We have made some incredible progress toward our strategic goals during the last twelve months, but our leadership team cannot do it alone. An important part of leadership is to look to the future and identify those who can continue to drive our business forward, thrive in finding innovative solutions and help make a difference as part of our future generation of leaders."
"Our new partners, principals and associates all share this ethos and will continue to support our growth, resilience and investment into the future. Barnett Waddingham’s greatest strength is our people and together we will continue creating opportunities where our colleagues can learn, develop and thrive"
