Case Study

One of our clients for whom we provide actuarial services undertook a major business restructure with the aim of outsourcing many of its non-core activities.  The pension aspects of various outsourcing arrangements required a significant amount of specialist resource over a very short period of time.

An experienced pension administrator from Barnett Waddingham was able to help the company assess the pension related elements of the outsource agreement as well as speak to the affected staff about the changes to their own pension arrangements.  This enabled the company to complete several contracts within some very challenging timescales whilst providing reassurance to staff about their pensions during what was an uncertain time for them.
