Technical Consultation on Local Government Pension Scheme Rules

In this briefing note we take a look at this consultation, comment on the questions posed by DCLG and provide some suggestions for further regulatory changes that we believe would be useful to enhance the practicalities of operating the LGPS to deal with the collection of deficits following the cessation of participating employers.
