BW has a long-held commitment to supporting the local communities our offices are located in and this includes offering work experience opportunities for young people.  

Not only does this help us to develop a pipeline of local school, college or university leaver candidates but also helps us deliver on our commitment to supporting young people, from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures, into meaningful employment.
