Our unique approach to management decision analytics (MDA) combines data scientists and business consultants. Our team are business advisors and experts in working with data and using decision science, analytics and visualisations to help leaders and their companies make better informed decisions and to mobilise their organisations to act and deliver the change.

Most of the work of our MDA team, focuses on:

  • Consulting projects for clients to create positive business outcomes by making sense of diverse, incomplete, and ambiguous data
  • Transforming data science capabilities for clients, including creating best-practice processes, skills-transfer to teams, tools and infrastructure, cloud migration, and more
  • Ongoing services for clients to support or run part of their data science capabilities
  • Internal tools to make our firm more productive, profitable and a better place to work

We recruit from graduate level upwards to experienced MDA consultant.

Our MDA team operate mainly out of London.

Our actuarial technicians work closely with the actuarial teams to provide best practice technical knowledge and expertise, to support consultants in identifying issues or challenges that may be on the horizon for the client.  They are also responsible for keeping abreast of upcoming changes in their field and informing the wider actuarial team of what impacts this may have. They have a love of maths, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent data analysis ability.

Our technicians calculate complex calculations (actuarial and benefits-related) and undertake most of the calculations for actuarial valuations and related work. 

Depending on the level of experience, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Explaining technical and complex pensions information/advice
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of current pension issues
  • Produce complex and simple calculations
  • Develop calculation or reporting tools to extend our range of consulting services and identify opportunities for new business
  • Help to develop procedures and standards for consulting services
  • Assist in new business tenders

We recruit from graduate level to experienced senior actuarial technician level.

Our actuarial technicians operate out of all our office.
